MacBrian Gaylord

MacBrian “Macky” Joseph Gaylord, 47, of Mountain View, died Nov. 19 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Oct. 29, 1965, in Honolulu, he was a journeyman painter with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 50 Local 1791 and member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Mountain View.

Friends may call at 8 a.m. Dec. 4 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo for a 10 a.m. Mass. Family requests casual attire be worn. Ashes will be scattered at a later date.

He is survived by wife, Denise Gaylord of Mountain View; daughters, Alyssa Huston, Shauna Gaylord and Briana Wela Gaylord, all of Mountain View; sisters, Roseann (Mark Putt) Gaylord of Hilo, Maureen (Marvin Mattos) Gaylord of Keaau, Kimberly (Scot) Yamamoto of Honolulu; father, Allan Gaylord of Kahaluu, Oahu; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
